George Melchoir "Duf" Sundheim III (born December 11, 1952) is a federal court approved mediator and a principal at GPS Mediation.

Early life and education
Sundheim was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in La Grange, Illinois.
Sundheim graduated from Lyons Township High School (LT). He was a member of the National Honor Society and All-Chicagoland quarterback for the state-ranked LT football team. Duf was also active in theatre, playing the lead in the school’s “Corral Show” and acting with David Hasselhoff in “The Fantasticks.”
Sundheim graduated with Honors and Distinction in Economics from Stanford University in 1975.
