        6.  Dr. Nwanze Okidegbe, the president and founder of Ike Foundation for Autism. He was appointed Chief Economic Adviser to the President of Nigeria in July 2011. In that capacity, he provided the President with evidence-based advice on critical economic issues confronting the country.
